These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website dynamicvideos.net and the PresenterDeck application (together, the “Services”), provided by Dynamic Videos, Inc. (“Dynamic Videos,” “DVI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
Use of the Services
You may use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to misuse the Services, interfere with their normal operation, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of them.
PresenterDeck and Zoom
PresenterDeck is a companion application that works alongside the Zoom Workplace client to provide guided presenter controls. Your use of Zoom itself remains subject to Zoom’s own Terms of Service and policies. PresenterDeck integrates with Zoom through Zoom’s official Apps SDK and does not modify, interfere with, or misrepresent Zoom’s software.
License
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use PresenterDeck for your own personal or business presenting needs. You may not reverse-engineer, resell, sublicense, or redistribute PresenterDeck without our prior written consent.
Intellectual Property
All content on dynamicvideos.net and within PresenterDeck, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Dynamic Videos, Inc. or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fully compatible with every Zoom account or configuration.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dynamic Videos, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services.
Changes to the Services or Terms
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services, and we may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
